Stop Bloat

Description
A clear, colourless, viscous liquid containing a powerful non toxic surface reducing agent for the prevention and treatment of bloat in Cattle, Sheep and Goats.

Indications
For the prevention and treatment of bloat in Cattle, Sheep and Goats as occurs when grazing on Lucerne, Clover and/ or Lush grass.

Directions for use
Treatment:
Add the required amount of concentrate to sufficient linseed oil or water to make a drench and dose the animal.
Dosage rate: Cattle 10ml of concentrate.
Calves 5ml of concentrate.
Sheep &Goats 2.5 ml of concentrate.

Prevention
1. Measure the capacity of the drinking trough to be used.
2. Calculate the amount of the concentrate required in terms both of the kind of stock using the trough. (If stock of different kinds are watering from the same trough the concentrate added should be in terms of the highest requirement).
3. Measure out the calculated amount of the concentrate using a syringe or measuring cylinder and premix it with 1 gallon (4 litres) of water in a suitable container.
4. Add this mixture to the contents of the trough and stir vigorously, and when fresh water is added to the trough add a further appropriate quantity of concentrate at the same dilution rate and mix well.

Required addition of concentrate
Calves and Adult Cattle 1 ml per 45 litres of water.
Sheep 2 ml per 45 litres of water.
Goats 3 ml per 45 litres of water.
